1. EuroLeague Streaming

1.1 What is EuroLeagueTV?
EuroLeagueTV is a digital subscription service that gives fans exclusive access to EuroLeagueTV Content including live streaming of games and on-demand videos.


EuroLeagueTV can be accessed using your favorite streaming devices, including mobile devices, or any personal computer.


1.2 Is EuroLeagueTV like Netflix?
There are many similarities between EuroLeagueTV and other streaming service providers such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime or HBO. Like those other content providers, EuroLeagueTV offers 24/7 on-demand access to a vast library of video.


However, EuroLeagueTV also offers behind the scenes content as well as live streaming of all games from the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague and BKT EuroCup.


2. Membership

2.1 How to purchase a membership
EuroLeagueTV can only be purchased online at euroleague.tv. Unfortunately, we currently do not support in-app membership purchases.


2.2 Membership types

From September 8th 2020, EuroLeague TV will offer two new membership types: Annual membership and Monthly membership.

Annual pass
An annual membership which gives you 365 days of uninterrupted access to EuroLeague TV. This membership auto-renews.

Monthly pass
A pay monthly membership package which auto-renews for an uninterrupted experience of EuroLeague TV.

Daily Pass

All access pass to EuroLeague TV for 24 hours including games from the Turkish Airlines Euroleague and BKT EuroCup tournaments.

 

2.3 Changing your subscription plan
You can upgrade or change your plan anytime via your account page.


2.4 Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your subscription via your account page on the app or website at any time. If you cancel before your subscription period ends you will still be able to watch all EuroLeague TV content until your account automatically closes at the end of your current billing period.

Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods or unwatched EuroLeague TV content.


3. Streaming Content

3.1 What live content is available on EuroLeagueTV?

EuroLeagueTV delivers exclusive live streaming for the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague and BKT EuroCup. Please note, there are three membership packages which offer different levels of access to live streaming.

3.2 What on-demand Video content is available on EuroLeague?

Video on-demand

Every game from the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague and BKT EuroCup is available for full replay shortly after the game is streamed.

You can also watch both short and extended highlights.


Original shows and series

EuroLeagueTV takes you inside the world of EuroLeague Basketball. All members enjoy access to exclusive original series going behind the scenes with the sport’s biggest names and teams, and unprecedented access reliving to the biggest events and moments all season long.


Advert free

Members can enjoy uninterrupted access to EuroLeagueTV as the platform is advert free.


EuroLeague Basketball video vault

EuroLeague is also home to the exclusive EuroLeagueTV library, offering immediate access to an ever-growing archive of historical events and highlights.

 

3.3 Is EuroLeague TV available in all countries?

EuroLeague TV is not currently available in France, Monaco, Spain or Italy.

In Germany, games featuring German domestic teams are subject to a 24-hour holdback. Live games are available on Magenta

In France and Monaco, all games are exclusively available on Skweek

In Spain, EuroLeague games are exclusively available on Movistar, BKT EuroCup games featuring non-domestic teams from Spain are available through a EuroCup Monthly Pass.

In Italy, all games are exclusively available on Sky Italia and Eleven Sports

 


3.4 What languages is EuroLeagueTV available in?

EuroLeagueTV is available in English.

3.5 How does multi-view work?

Users can view up to four live games at the same time using the multi-view function. Please note, this is not available for on demand videos.


4. Devices

EuroLeagueTV is available on the following devices:

Desktop: PC and Mac - the website is available on all modern desktop browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge and Internet Explorer 11+

Mobile and Tablet Devices: Available on iOS and Android smartphones and tablets

Smart TV: Available on Android TV, Apple TV and Samsung TV.

Chrome Cast is available for both laptops (Google Chrome extension) and mobile.

4.1 Can I view EuroLeagueTV on multiple devices?
No – your EuroLeagueTV membership allows you to watch video content on one device at a time. You can have multiple login sessions open simultaneously but will not be able to watch multiple videos at the same time.


If you receive the following message “You are currently watching a video on another device” you will need to close your previous session and refresh your device/browser to begin watching content on a separate device.

 

5. Account and Billing


5.1 How will I be charged for EuroLeagueTV?
The following payment methods are accepted by EuroLeagueTV:

American Express


5.2 What if my payment method isn’t accepted?
If EuroLeagueTV has been unable to collect a payment please go to EuroLeagueTV account to update or change your payment method.

 

We will immediately verify the new information and if the charge is approved by your card issuer, you can continue enjoying EuroLeagueTV content.

5.3 How Do I Reset My Password?
If you have forgotten your password or need to unlock your account, go to the EuroLeagueTV login screen and click the link that says, “Forgot your username or password?”

 

Enter the email address associated with your EuroLeagueTV account and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

 

5.4 How do I request my information from EuroLeague
Please contact us using the email account associated with your subscription.

In the Email subject line state: “Right to Access under Art 15 GDPR” and in the email state: “I hereby request all information I am entitled to under Article 15 GDPR that is associated with my account. If you have any further questions do not hesitate to contact me.” It is likely that someone might get back to you requesting further proof for identity verification. You may also request for your information to be deleted.

6. Troubleshooting Streaming & Technical Issues


6.1 Network Connectivity

One of the most common issues seen by EuroLeagueTV users is that of weak and interrupted internet connectivity within their Wi-Fi Networks. If you see constant buffering or loading circles or frequent changes in the quality of your streams, try these troubleshooting steps:


Restart your browser, device and home Wi-Fi Network
Close the browser that had EuroLeagueTV open / the EuroLeagueTV app
Shut down your device
Unplug your Wi-Fi router/modem from power for 1-2 minutes
Plug your Wi-Fi router/modem back into power
Restart device, open EuroLeagueTV app in browser
Improve your Wi-Fi Signal
Move to a more central location / closer to your device
Move Wi-Fi router away from other wireless devices (microwaves) to avoid interference
Move router off the floor
Connect your computer directly to the modem
Close the browser that had EuroLeagueTV open
Shut down your computer
Unplug your modem from power for 1-2 minutes
Plug your modem back into power
Turn computer on, plug computer into modem via ethernet cable
Open EuroLeagueTV in a browser

If none of the above work, and you continue to have the same issues, please consider contacting your Internet Service Provider.


6.2 Desktop Browser Issues

When trying to access a live EuroLeagueTV event, if you are seeing a continuous loading circle or connection error within the video player, this may be resolved by signing out of EuroLeagueTV, clearing your web browser’s cache, and relaunching the browser.

6.3 iPhone/iPad issues

For any issues on the iOS app please try to reinstall the app from your mobile device:

Check the app for any updates

Remove the app from your device
Restart your device
Reinstall the app on your device
If fails again try switching Wi-Fi connect

If you continue to have trouble, install any available updates for your iOS. If these suggestions do not resolve the issues you are encountering, please try accessing the app through a different network or Wi-Fi connection to see if the same issues occur.

6.4 Android issues
For any issues on the Android app please try to reinstall the app from your mobile device:

Check the app for any updates
Remove the app from your device
Restart your device
Reinstall the app on your device

If you continue to have trouble, install any available software updates.

If these suggestions do not resolve the issues you are encountering, please try accessing the app through a different network or Wi-Fi connection to see if the same issues occur.

 

6.5. System Requirements


Minimum system requirements

A broadband internet connection (DSL/cable or higher) of 750kbps or higher is needed for EuroLeagueTV If you have an internet connection speed of 5.0Mbps or higher and your computer meets the requirements below, you will be able to enjoy EuroLeagueTV content at its highest video quality.


Minimum Windows requirements

Pentium III 1GHz or higher or equivalent AMD processor with a minimum of 512MB of memory.
One of the following operating systems: Windows 10, Windows 7, Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows Media Centre Edition, or Firefox v1.5 or above:
